99 Cherokee Stock Bumper Lights

I've seen a lot of postings of people installing Baja lights using the factory holes on their stock bumper. Do I have these holes on my 99 Cherokee Sport, and if so, where? I can't locate any.

Some have them and some dont . If you have them theyll be on top of the bumper in front of the grill. They have a round plastic cap on them.
