Check engine light indicated 02 sensor voltage high, cleared codes and came back instantly. Changed both sensors and the same thing. Rich condition, the upstream switches slightly, and the down stream stays at 1.00 volt. Is this an indication of poor air intake, leaky fuel injector, or possibly both? Anyone seen this? Thanks for the help.

 

Google the code and look for a troubleshooting guide, then follow it to a T. You just might find the real problem.

 

don't overthink it yet, this is a short to voltage, as your code suggest. you got a wire getting power from somewhere it shouldn't. start at the pigtails and any other area of high movement/vibration/heat.
