99 4.0 arpms jumping around or chugging

99 4.0 arpms jumping around or chugging
When I'm iddling or at a stop light my jeep is chugging I guess you could call it. The rpms jump around a little but you can feel it and it seems to be getting worse. I just had the fuel pump changed out. Any suggestions?
