Default 98 xj low idle, breaking up, backfiring and bogging down ? help

hey guys my 98 xj had no o2 sensors and ran great but i now needed an inspection so i got o2 sensors and put them in. after i put them in i drove around my neighborhood and my jeep started bogging down and backfiring and getting the power i was giving it in spurts. i checked my fuel pressure thats good. cap and rotor are good. plugs aere good. imnjectors were cleaned. idk what my problem is. and when i restarted my ecu the check engine light stayed off for about 30 mins then went back on. please help me with what you might think is wrong here

Go to Autozone and check it with the code reader.

Yeah... They always are. You have to torch it or get Wurth Rust penetrator. Even with a 1/2 in breaker bar, you will need a pipe for leverage.

Get "Wurth". I used a lot of products to take my rim off to inspect my drum..... Loosen the nits and went over tracks and bumps for an hour. Tire never moved. Friend sprayed wurth rest penetrate.... 2 minutes with a hammer on the inside of the rim, it flew off. I damn near hit it, pulled it, sprayed it and pried it. Nothing.... Wurth worked like how u use WD40.

Torch it, the spin the old one out. The threads should stay in tack. The heat will expand the metal allowing both to un mate enough to turn. You keep tugging on is and it won't come out!

My jeep was doing this today. I can't figure out if it is a bad coil pack, injector or plug. Tune up time!

Mine is doing the same thing I have so far done a tune up, coil and map sensor. No luck yet it seems to be worse in warm or hot weather post if something works.
