Tps it throttle position %.
Map pressure is the amount of pressure on the intake side of the engine. Even in vacuume the map sensor will report absolute pressure.
For the fuel system I'm looking for open or closed
include your short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim.

 

I changed the throttle position sensor recently (6 months, due to code),

 

Fuel system status: "Closed loop, using 02 sensor for fuel mix"

 

Throttle: 0.4%

 

List them fuel trims. Also with the key on engine off report your tps resting% and WOT%

 

0.4% on the TPS is not correct. Torque will show that the throttle % at idle is like 18 and only goes up to like 85 or so. It's basing it on a percentage of 5 volts DC. If your ECU is only seeing 0.4% of 5v, that means you have an open circuit on the TPS. Aftermarket TPS are known to be problematic. You can check the TPS with a multimeter to watch it change as it sweeps from closed to open. If it tests bad, grab another one. Mopar TPS are the only ones that I've seen that last.

 

Unfortunately fuel trim banks are not available.
Also, I sprayed vacuum lines/connectors and not discernable difference...
