Few tips:
Start off by taking the front and rear overhead lights off. Next, the rear speaker covers and speakers. Then move on to the "oh crap" handles. After, the sun visers. Next I would move on to the rear trim and work your way forward.
Don't pull on the upper seatbelt as you are taking it off. There is a metal piece that will cut into the headliner board if you pull on it. You will see what I am talking about when you flip the cover that is hiding the bolt.
The speaker covers were hard for me to pull out. Be sure to push up on the board as you pull the covers off.
The best way to get the front side trim off (above driver and passenger seat) is to squeeze and slightly twist it off as you work your way forward. Same with the rear trim at the top of the rear hatch.
I have pulled and recovered my headliner board before. The fabric is falling down again after a year. I went to a junkyard and pulled a headliner board that I painted with rustoleum underliner. Next time I am able to work on it, (a week) I am going to paint over the underliner with rustoleum truck bed paint. If I remember, I'll post a picture of how it turns out.
To save you some time, the tools you need are
wrench with T50 for seatbelts, T20 or 25 for handles and speakers (can't remember), philip screwdriver for trim, overhead lights, and sun visers, brush for foam,
If your doing fabric you will need 2-3 cans of spray glue (I'm not recommending one to use as mine fell but I used 3m90)
I think I sprayed to much..
Good luck. It takes a long time to get everything done. It is not a quick job and plan to spend a couple days working on it.
