98 Cherokee won't start

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Check for blown fuses in the under hood fuse panel. If you happen to find a blown fuse take a look at the wiring that goes to the upstream o2 sensors and see if any of the wires are shorted or melted to the exhaust manifold.
