Hi,

I just bought a Cherokee Spot and it has been modified (on 35" with a new front bumper) but I believe the car used to have fog lights, because a. there is a switch inside the car and b. I can see connections behind the bumper.

Now the service manual says the fog lights are H3.

I've looked into what's available here and I've found bulbs going from 12v 55W up to 24v 130W.

My question is, what did the car originally came with and what is the max I can put on?

check the wire and see the gauge. If it is a custom bumper odds are they were aftermarket lights. The guage will tell you which lights can be handled.
