98 Cherokee no start

Default 98 Cherokee no start
Basically a few days ago I washed it then started it up and drove it to dry it off
Blew a fuse on my 400ex and pulled the fuse off of the box under the engine to borrow put it back and now my jeep just cranks and cranks
I was thinking maybe I sprayed the alt and ruined it? I was using a water hose.
I put the fuse back and its fine

You put the fuse in the right spot? Is the fuel pump kicking on?

No CEL and the fuses are all the exact same
I don't get volts to show up on the dash either
