98 cherokee misses when hit bump

98 cherokee misses when hit bump
I have a 98 4.0l cherokee 4x4 136,000 regular tune ups and oil changes. But it has a problem. At right about 50-55mph when you hit a bump spuare with the rearend its like the trans slips or something just breifly then its ok above 50-55 nothing happens below nothing happens but it is getting worse and help????????????my wife loves the jeep she wasn't that hot on it till she drove it now the mustang sits. thank you
