98 cherokee front end shutter
Hey guys, looking for some advice on my 98. Before i get bashed for making a new thread for this, ive searched everywhere and have come up with nothing. On that note, here goes.
I have a 98 cherokee with a 3 inch aal, i was messing around in a muddy field one time, had the jeep in 4 high because i wasnt poundin on it. (No locker or gear swap, factory d30) I stomped on the gas once, and noticed a hard shutter from the front end. I open my windows and tried in in 4 lo an had the same result. When i stomp on the gas in 4wd, the front end rattles and it acts like the diff is rapidly switching back and forth between wheels as they would spin in short bursts back an forth with the shutters.
Question is, is this normal and im just irresponsible enough to stomp on it in 4wd? Most of my buddys with xjs can do it with out a problem. Also, could bad u-joints contribute to this? I noticed they were bad so i bought the zj cv front axles and have yet to swap them.
Before winter in NH id like to find a solution otherwise my driveway might not be accessable.
Thanks ahead for any input!

The front end steering parts are all new and torqued correctly and greased ao i know its not there. I know the u joints are toast, and im kind of afraid to open the dif and find a realll problem
