98 Cherokee Engine Compartment Wiring

98 Cherokee Engine Compartment Wiring
So my engine's in the car (thanks TrekkerJim!).
My current problem is the wiring. Its been so long since I yanked it out, I have no idea what goes to what. Specifically, the HUGE harness that runs forward on the p[assenger side. It has the alternator connector (I figured that out) and a bunch more that look like grounds. Also, where do I find the connectore for under the ignition coil?
