How do I get to the a/c evaperator core?? Do I have to remove the dash??

 

Yes, it isn't that hard to do. It really just takes a long time to do it though. Look on this forum for a write up and follow it to a t. I did mine about a week ago(99) using this forum. I think the write up shows removing the dash completely, but I just unbolted it enough to pull the right side away enough to get to the heater box. I used a ratchet strap from the oh crap handle to pull the dash up and way. I didnt remove the steering wheel either.
