I believe 5/16" and 3/8" maybe... Make sure it fuel injection hose not low pressure hose. I've also switched to using fuel injection hose clamps for most hoses as they're cheap and IMO provide a better hold.

To make it easier to find the right fuel hose, make sure it is spec'ed at 30R9. 30R9 fuel hose can be used for gas, ethanol, diesel, biodiesel, and sour gas. It also is rated for high pressure and a wide temperature range.
Here's an example of a hose that has the 30R9 specification. Continental 5/16in Fuel Injector Hose- sold per foot (autozone.com)
Yes, the hose is a little pricey, but it will hold up to almost anything and will last longer doing it.
