97 transfer case into a 93?

Default 97 transfer case into a 93?
Will the transfer case out of a 97xj bolt up to a 93? I know the driveshafts will be different thats no problem. The tag is missing on the donor t-case in the 97 and im not 100% sure which one it is. thanks

I think they are the same. I would know 100% by seperating it i know. I was trying to not have to turn Any wrenches on the 97. I may pull it anyway just to have it out.

haha, I wasnt. The guy wants to buy the whole jeep, it has a good engine, tranny and tcase. he wants the whole thing if the tcase is the same
