Okay so my grand Cherokee has been acting weird lately!

When shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear the rpms drop a little then they shoot back up and shift, and it's a pretty hard shift. This is the only gear it does that in. Every other gear is smooth as butter.

Any help is appreciated

Maybe not, but all the possible cure suggestions on that thread are what you are going to end up with on this one.


I am finding it is pretty hard to pinpoint an exact cause with these critters. From what I have observed, it turns into a process of elimination with these transmissions.

 

Hey. Being on the Mobile site, I'm assuming this is on your 2015 SRT GC right. Its ways good to post the year, model, engine and tranny in your post just in case. Plus any mods to the jeep
