Default 97 Cherokee xj pulls in 4x4

Firs of all i apologize if this has been covered before. so I have a 97 Cherokee sport xj. Has the np242 transfercase and a Chrysler rear, Dana 30 front. 3.55 gears.
the tcase didn't come out of part time before i hit the hwy. I didn't realize it didn't come out of part time untill I smelt burning gear oil. So I parked and let the different cool. Apon inspecting I saw oil leaking out the front axle tubes. So I had to change the front axle seals. All went well changing the seals. Everything went back exactly how it came apart.
after I changed the fluid in both axles (both were a bit metallic, but no big bits) and the tcase. Both gearsets seemed ok. Everything seemed ok. Tested the 4x4 in some snow and almost got stuck (glare ice underneath). Put it in full time and went down the road and it has a major pull to the right. It pulls in all 4x4 modes. Part time, full time, and part time low. In two wheel it's fine. Tracks straight, but as soon as it's put into 4x4 it pulls to the pass side. I just can't figure it out. Anything I should look at? Sorry about the lengthy post, but I was trying to be descriptive of the problem and what had caused it. (Operator error)
