Default 97+ center console lid rubber bumpers

Yeah, so I'm trying to figure out wtf the PO did on this. Looks like they were chopped off with a dremel. Anyone got a picture of what the little rubber bump things are supposed to look like on the lid? (The things that keep it from vibrating.)

This is an old, lonely post, but I had the same issue and came up with a solution. It also looked like something was chopped off with a dremel but I think that is just how it is without the entire rubber thing still in place. The rubber nubbins are still available from Chrysler. They were used on the Viper all the way to 2017. Also used in the WJ Grand Cherokees somewhere. The Chrysler part number eludes me.

I went with a General Motors part number 3693292 and they are glove box door bumpers available on Amazon, Ebay, etc. I do not know what the head of the Chrysler bumpers are supposed to look like, but the tail ends are identical to these and they work perfectly. It is a bit of a pain to get them installed without ruining something, but I was able to pull the remains of the old bumper out by prying the console lid apart slightly enough to get my really small needle nose pliers in there and yanked them out. Then I inserted the tail of the new one, lubricated with silicone and pulled the new one through similarly to how I removed the old one. Some pulling and twisting and cussing and they went in. The console lid doesn't need to be slammed or pushed down. It is literally a perfect fitting rubber bumper for the job.
