Default 97 2 door fuse confusion

im not sure what model 97 i have it has no power anything except mirrors and no cruise control, it has duel air bags and no over head clock, when i got it i noticed it has no # 10 fuse in the inside fuse compartment
im finding 2 different diagrams
the one that says #10 is Starting System
what would that mean or do if its unpluged
or if its the=Transmission range sensor, duty cycle evap/purge solenoid, radiator fan relay, a/c clutch relay, o2 sensor up/downstream relays, back up lamp switch= wouldn't i notice something , or the reverse light wouldnt work
here is the 2 diagrams there both for 97 to 2001 i believe but are different

If you don't have power to anything you should be looking in the Power Distribution Center (PDC), not the Junction Block (JB), you show.

Check the Maxi Fuses in the JB....wait....check all the fuses in the PDC.

oh sry when i stated no power anything i ment seats widows locks ,over head, no abs fog lamps etc
maybe someone else has this same jeep or has worked on them
i have no daytime lamp,
could my model jeep not have the other things listed=Transmission range sensor, duty cycle evap/purge solenoid, radiator fan relay, a/c clutch relay, o2 sensor up/downstream relays, back up lamp switch?
or would they have to be on a different fuse spot?
reverse lights work
ac works for 10 min then the clutch fan wont restart
e fan works constant with the ac on or defrost.it doesnt cycle or turn on otherwise
my last jeep it would click on and off at idle
it idles ruff and shakes a bit
every once in a while it wont idle and runs real bad when started in certain places
my last 2 jeeps did this also very randomly
my first jeep had low miles and did it most every time i parked in a certain spot haha

If your having a issue like that with the AC you best be checking the fuse box in the engine compartment and seeing if there is a fuse out in there because my 94 2dr XJ just did that and it was because of the fuse in the engine compartment that went out. Plus the box out there controls the power to the inside.
