96 xj start but wont run

I've got a 96 Cherokee 4x4 and it will start but it wont stay running I can spray Carb cleaner in the TB and it will run I've been doing some troubleshooting and I found that when starting it has injector pulse but after a few seconds it dies could anyone help me with this please I'm running out of ideas...

uhhh....lack of fuel with firing injectors = bad fuel pump usually...test your fuel pressure.

X's Two unfortunately. Sounds like dead Fuel Pump to me, too! A 95 4.0 should have 30+ or -1psi at the test port on the fuel injection rail.

Oops, you have a 96 but, it should be the same.

I actually have two of them and I swaped fuel pumps with the working one and still same problem I don't have a tester tho so I haven't checked it at the rail I also thought Mabe bad gas so I emptied the tank and put some fresh gas and changed the injectors and filter still no luck
