You may have to much try un pugging the fuel pump or take out the fuel for then try starting it ohyeah and/or pull a sp and see if its wet

If he's got pressure in the fuel rail why would he need to unplug the pump??

Some times on mine it gets to much fuel and my tuck fluds out at first I w as like what what the hell? I had spark and fuel then I noticed my air filter had gas on it . So I pulled the plugs let them dry then put them back in unpluged the pump and it started

So now here is a other question I just put the obd2 reader on it again and no codes so I tried the key way turn on off and why have you like I do on my 94 zj and the xj just gave me 12 -11-55
12 is clear within 50 or something starts right ?
11 deals with cps , ignition and so on right?
55 just pretty much saying goodbye right? Ok I lied a few questions

Id say pull it and check the end tps could be bad unplug that and try first
