I see a few posts about immobiliser on the forum, but what I'm understanding is that they weren't a stock part until 98. Is that right? Mine is a 96 and the guy at the dealership said it's stock, but I don't know if I believe him. If that is the case, is it true that it cannot be disabled?
My jeep won't start unless I press unlock on the fob. Well, my fob is broken, so I can't start my car.
Any advice here is appreciated.
