96 XJ coolant temp gauge doesnt work.

96 XJ coolant temp gauge doesnt work.

Not exactly sure why but the gauge sits as low as it can go all the time. No check engine light. Would it be the cts?

There is a sensor on the right at the back and on top of the head with one wire in it. Check to see if that came loose.
