So my front washer motor has stopped working (an inspection item)

My rear washer and wiper dont seem to work at all

my first questions relate to getting access to the washer bottle

Checking the '95 FSM;

It seems the best approach is to remove then LH wheel, then "remove the LH inner fender liner"

seems there are 2 screws on the inner fender sheetmetal from the engine bay holding the bottle in place

I can then access the motors to see if they are getting a signal when button is depressed

What is involved in removing the inner fender liner ?

Any other tips welcome

(I will have to tackle the non-working rear wiper as a separate issue)
