Fixed it right up Shifts like a dream. I'm gonna go out for a little hoon to really check. Fluid level looks great, about 1/8" below max. I checked the solenoids after I got them out, one measured 1.5k ohms, one was 42 ohms, and was about 5 ohms. Whoever said it's more conclusive at the solenoid is right, but it's still doable from the TCU. New solenoids all measured 12.5 ohms. HOON TIME
