96 rear passenger side window won't budge anymore.

96 rear passenger side window won't budge anymore.
The window works perfect until you lower it down all the way and doesn't roll back up. it makes this like gear slipping type sound what would I need to do or to replace to fix this? Is it just off of it's track on the bottom or something ideas?
