96 heater trouble

96 heater trouble
So I have a 96 that the blower is not working on, I changed the Resister, checked the fan, fuses and relay. Everything is good but the fan still isn't working. Going out to check the selector switch in the dash. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
