I'm actually asking on behalf of my brother, so I'll try to provide the best information I can.
The other day he was driving over some mild gravel roads before making a brief stop. On trying to leave, he stalled the engine (96 2.5L, manual) and has not been able to start the truck since. It will turn over, but will not start.
He tried roll starting it but it struggled, would not run, but gave us a CEL. I scanned it and got P0201, P0202, P0203, and P0204 codes. It seems odd that all the injectors would fail at once? I cleared the codes, and they have not returned, but it hasn't done much to throw a code again.
I was just hoping somebody might have some ideas.
