96 Cherokee Rear Hatch Key
Hey whats up boys and girls. I was wondering why my key doesnt open my hatch? Do I need a different key for the back? Please help thanks in advance

Do you have any other keys to try? I got 2 keys from the previous owner, one original and one copy. The factory original works all doors and ignition and glovebox, the copy works the same but NOT the hatch. It did just as you describe, it acted like something was broke off inside the lock. The factory key works smooth. This is in my 1996.
