Maybe one day, when the OP has learned more and gained experience, he will see why this post is a bit humorous right from the beginning. No one was attacking him for his lack of knowledge. I actually have more respect for someone who admits they are in the learning stages then someone who acts like they know everything.

So, back to the OP's question, can anyone recommend a place to get a head? Clearwater has been mentioned. Any others?
