Default 95 xj problems

I have been having a ton of problems with my jeep. Its been running fairly warm most of the time. If I go out for a drive it gets up to 200 to 210 like it should, but if it ever gets above 210 like when im stopped or stopped running the AC, the temp never comes back down and just seems to get hotter. So far ive replaced the fan clutch and thermostat. The radiator was replaced a 2 years before I bought it, confirmed by the PO with a service receipt. Aux fan does come on like it should and there are no airflow restrictions. Another weird part about this is that I do lose coolant slowly and do seems to have to top off the overflow and radiator every 3-4 weeks. I have only seen some leaks from the radiator fill neck but I am assuming that is from when I fill it. So today I pulled my plugs to see if they had any coolant smell or evidence on them to support a possible blown head gasket. Ill post the pics of the plugs cause id like a second opinion on my observation of them. I think they are ok but backup is always helpful.

Other problems would be a slight vib when im at 55 or above. It feels like its coming from the front and rear. Ive checked all the ujoints and they seem ok. The vibs go away whenever I turn on the highway at high speeds which makes me think my track bar may be causing this?

Any help to these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here are the plug pics.

For the overheating prob. Install a manuel toggle for the fans. Run them more.

For the problem. Check the ball joints.

Ive checked the ball joints and they seem fine. I have thought about installing a switch for the aux fan but it always seems to be running now anyways. I may just do it anyways for the fact that it would just be there for security. I would rather just find and fix whatever is causing the overheat than try to cover it up if you get where im coming from. This is my only car being that im 16. Im willing to do whatever it takes to keep this jeep working for along time. Im wanting to lift it soon but I want to make sure its up to what it should be before I spend my money on a lift.

You could try the water pump.

I have a 95 that does the same thing with temp. If I don't run the a/c it never over heats. I have electric fan running all the time and a 160 degree thermo. love to know your resolution. I'm not that worried about running the a/c since its a trail rig but if it turns out to be something simple I will fix it.

wetness around fill neck when was radiator cap pressure checked could be not holding presssure allowing steam to escape which will allow temp to rise because of not holding pressure.

Im defiantly gonna swap out the cap when I do my water pump this week. Where do you recommend getting the cap? Jeep or just a part store.
