On my 95 when I turn it on defrost now I can't. hear the motor running so its not blowing air to defrost the window. Any one know what this is?

 

Does the fan motor run in any other position? Floor vent? Does it work with the fan in 'high'? The vent selection and motor operation are not related, but stranger things happen.

 

Yes the blower motor works on all settings ecexpt defrost. When I turn it to defrost the blower motor is not working.

 

So I checked it out and the blower works in all positions, heat, vent, AC Max, AC norm, and AC bi-lev. Works on cold and hot and all speed settings. But when defrost is selected I can't even head the blower motor running at all. Any body what could this be?
