Default 95 Xj 2dr starting issues.

I was running my xj this morning blew the brake line moving it 4 feet fml. I put it in 2nd and turned the motor off. I went inside for a good hr doing brakeline research n calls to napa n advanced no lines. I have to wait till weds. As I was saying I went to fire it up again and wouldn't fire. I'm getting fuel I have about 1/2 tank. I checked the fuel rail I have great pressure, I checked the relay my buddy turned the key I hear it click, then I went back and had him do it again and hear the fuel pump prime up. The engine is turning over just fine and the starter is working great I have brand new coil pack in. I checked all the connections in and on the spark plug wires all new and clean and I checked the d-cap all clean just a little dusty I took the air gun to it cleaned it out.
So my finnal conclusion is that my spark plugs are gummed up.....?
note: its 24F degrees here in wv

Specs:
1994 2dr xj sport

Does it just crank? Or can you hear it attempt to fire at all?

I hear it and feel it have a moment for glory trying to spark, but then just continues to crank over. last about one or 2 seconds. This happened about once or twice in about 5 mins of on and off cranking.

Mine had similar issues except the brake line part. I relieved the fuel pressure from the rail and it started right up

No sure I just pushed down the valve stem in the fuel rail and It fired up so I didn't look into it further. Stuck injectors could have been the issue
