95 sport window/lock controls

95 sport window/lock controls
my lock/window switches popped back in to the door. does anyone know how to fix this? the switches don't work anymore also. its very urgent that i get this fixed asap. how do i go about doing this?

Pictures would help so people could "SEE" what your saying, but it sounds like you need to take off your door panel and pull your connector back up and plug it in, when I first got my xj the passenger side window would not work (electric) and I thought it might need a new motor till I pulled the door panel to find out the switch came unplugged.
