Just my 2 cents, maybe try some flushes, additives, seafoam? I did all of the above after a headgasket replacement and have had good luck so far. Perhaps its a bigger issue, but it could never hurt.

I think seafoam is my next try but it can't be to serious cuz i just drove the thing 40 miles and it got the best milage ever and did great lots of power

check your fuel pressure at start up, might be a little low. also i would unplug the computer, spray it out with electrical cleaner then plug it back in. start her up and should be good to go...hopefully.
