Default 95 Cherokee XJ O2 sensor replacement

I have a 95 xj with the 4.0 straight 6 and I need to replace the o2 sensors. I was wondering where they are located and if you have any tips on how to replace them. Thanks

On you 95 4.0 HO motor your O2 sensor is located in the exhaust manifold right at the collector. Remove your negative battery lead first. Clip the wires and remove the O2 sensor from the manifold. Being very careful not to strip, break, crack or otherwise mutilate it in the process. Remember this thing has be cooled and heated a bazillion times so it may be a bit hard coming out. Simpley install the new O2 sensor in the hole in your exhaust manifold and splice the wires together. Hook up the negative battery lead and take it for a spin.

Can't you just unplug and replug the sucker in?? I have never had to cut wires and splice wires to install an O2 sensor. You can buy them with OEM plugs that fit your specific application.

Some have seperate wires leading to them. I read some more info on it here. Mine can just be unplugged. Well that's after I take all the caked on dirt off.
