94 xj no start
Okay, drove to work no problem, 5:00 comes, cranks but no start.
Had issue with O2 sensor blowing fuse. Not the issue this time. I hear the fuel pump prime when I turn on the key.... where do I go from here?

Crank sensor. Unplug it, clean it, plug it in again. If it still doesn't start buy 5 feets' worth of ratchet extensions and a u joint to replace it.
Ok, new CP sensor... still no spark. I guess its back to the beginning, coil, cap, rotor etc. It just seems odd it was running fine then nothing.
Btw, on 94 4.0 you have best results with a 1/4 drive ratchet to start the bolts then a 7/16 nutdriver works fine.
I'd love to hear any suggestions... I hate having to rely on my wife's 02 Tracker for transportation

Is it a Mopar crank sensor? According to others experience, some of the aftermarket stuff doesn't work.
Otherwise, check the coil circuit...is it getting primary voltage? Test the coil itself...does it fire? ...any auto shop manual will show you how to test a coil to make it fire...do not rely on ohmmeter readings.

Just because you hear the fuel pump prime doesnt mean it cant be a fuel issue.
You need to check fuel pressure at key on. Should be around 50psi and hold @ 50psi and not bleed down
After youre sure you have fuel, next is to check for spark.
+1 on only using Mopar crank sensor
