Default 94 XJ dead gauge cluster.

Previous owner had the aftermarket stereo and his power window conversion wired into the IGN single prong fuse slot under the dash. I was rolling both front windows up at the same time and something popped, windows and radio stopped working. I confirmed it was the IGN fuse and not the window motors and radios by plugging the wire in elsewhere to get the window all the way up. I said f it and took the stereo out and put manual windows in. BUT now my gauge cluster does not work at all. The only lights that work are my turn signals and high beam light. No gauges and not other lights work. What could be the issue here??

If you checked all the fuses (inside and under the hood). Then its likely that some wiring somewhere has been fried or disconnected.
