Hey guys, I have a buddy with a 94 Cherokee, and his wipers are currently not working. He threw a wiper motor on assuming that was it, and it didn't solve the issue, he checked the wiper bushings which seemed fine, and his fuses were all checked and are good. I also allowed him to use my intermittent wiper module under the dash, we swapped them over and my wipers worked, his still did not.
All the other functions of his wiper arm work fine, high beams and turn signals work no problem. Also, not sure if it matters but the washer fluid function does not work as well. At this point it seems like it would either have to be something in the wiper/turn signal stalk or internal wiring, but I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts/experience on this (aside from get a voltmeter on the motor and and any wiper related wiring he can track down under the dash)

there is a small black box right behind lower dash panel in front of drivers knees velcrowed to the lower gray part of the dash pull it down remove the box and connect the two plugs from box together, if the work you need a new wiper delay module that what the box is
