Just swap the 94 in as a long block. Use your intake, exhaust, valve cover, flexplate/flywheel, and distributor.

I have a 90 that I put a 95 under the Hood. Put all the 90 stuff on the 95 long block ran great. Just one word of advice check the flywheel for any hair line cracks. Not fun dropping the tranny a month later after a engine swap.

I'm not to for sure about 98+?? From what have read and understand the 92-95 H.O. engines seem to be the best. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong. I have also read some were in the 98+ heads had bad cracking problems. Not for sure. I have put my 95 engine through hell and back and it keeps chugging.
