Default 93 xj shackle help

as some may know i just purchased the xj from an old lady that has had it since 93. the rear bumper was a little pused in and thought nothing of it. now that i put the tires on i saw a problem. the passenger rear tire sits to close to the back of the car. i checked for broke parts and bends but the only thing that i can really see is that the leaf spring is pushed back towars the bumper or the shackle might be bent? if you need some better angle pictures letme know? not really trying to get beat up at a body shop considering im a mechanic and i dont want to replace the shackles if you guys dont think it that

Well when a leaf goes flat the wheel is going to travel towards the back, when it arches, the leaf is going to push the wheel towards the front so I doubt its the shackle, get pics of where the leaf sits on the axle. See if the leaf pin snapped

Proper shackle angle is about 45 degrees. Looks good to me, just need new leaf springs.
