what other signs can i test to see if it is actually the pcm?

well cel is gone and no fuel pump or power to coil guess the pcm **** the bed

Got cel and fuel pump priming. Swapped pcms with a 95 pcm. No difference. Shop its at they cant figure it out ether

So original computer throws code 11 but my 95 pcm throws 31 and 33??? Guy on the phone told me i cant swap another year computer with mine.... This true if anyone knows?
