I have a 93 jeep. Having a problem with it starting. When I turn the key to start dash lights are barley lighting up. Acts like the battery is low or bad but battery is testing good. . starter is new and alternator is good. It will run just fine and stay running when someone jumps me. But once shut off all power is gone. Radio won't turn on or headlights and I have to be jumped again. Anybody have any ideas on what's going on?

 

Check your grounds at/from the battery.

 

Definitely sounds like a ground issue, also check power cable to starter for corrosion/ high resistance, iv seen that do effect it badly as well

 

Just replaced the battery ground and started right up. Thanks guys. Thought it was gonna be something more complicated than that
