Default 93 hard start
So my friend has a 93 cherokee it has a hard start issue on it now hes replaced the fuel pump that helped alot but it still doesnt want to seem to prime sometimes when the key is turned on.

does the pump run and it just doesnt start? or does the pump not run at all?
