Default 93 cherokee turn signal issue

I bought a 93 2 door 4 cyl with a 5 speed and when i got it home i realized that the turn signals and lights weren't working. I pulled the front bezel off and noticed the guy i bought it from cut all the wires going to the headlights and a turn signals. So i spliced them back together and got the headlights working again but no turn signals. My hazards work which makes me think that i put all the wires back together correctly. Could this be a problem with the turn signal switch or could it possibly be a wiring issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated seeing as i need to have this done as soon as possible.

i replaced the one on the bottom left of the box but didn't solve the issue. And i believe the other one is for the hazards which those work so i don't think i would have to change that out. Not sure though.

Both relays work when they are in the hazard slot but nothing happens when i switched them to the turn signal slot.

I went to replace the turn signal switch and things got even worse. Im thinking about replacing the whole column as a whole now. Does anyone know what columns will fit a 93 cherokee 2dr 5 speed? with out tilt or cruise.

I have a 94 cherokee, I think my turn signal switch is faulty. How do I access it to test and replace it? there doesn't seem to be any way to take it apart like other columns I have seen that split in half. do I have to remove the steering wheel and pull things off that way?
