Default 93 Cherokee Sport rough idle HELP

I bought a 1993 Cherokee Sport 4.0L and it has started sputtering at idle or when i stop. it only does it when its warmed up and ready to go. The exhaust has a hole between the 2nd and 3rd O2 sensor so i think the hole is causing the engine to misfire or shut down a cylinder all together. I plan to do a compression test on the engine just incase of cracked gasket or blown gasket all together. Please help. Sorry i do not know very much more than this.

I have just replaced cap and rotor. It did not help at all. I made a quick youtube video on what it sounds like. You can really hear the problem when i put my phone under the jeep.

Looks like its running smooth. As for noise underneath check torque converter bolts might be loose.

Mine sounded like that and was missing at idle. The flywheel was cracked all the way around the bolts. It wouldn't do it till it got warm.

Some of the torque bolts are lose so I'll tighten those but where is the flywheel exactly?
