Default 93 Cherokee Sport Problems

Hey, I'm new here and new to cars lol. I just need some second opinions to check out, be nice haha. Anyways, I have a 1993 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 4.0 liter straight 6 and it runs kinda rough when it's warm. When it's been sitting overnight, it'll run fine on my way to work or wherever. But on the way home it rides fine for a bit and gets fussy. It sometimes idles high as I clutch in and brake to stop then might stall/die when I go to rev and release the clutch. Sometimes it will just die for no apparent reason at all and smells flooded. It usually starts up after it sits, but I don't understand why it floods like that. I am new to manual, but I've gotten the hang of it and can drive it fine. Anyways. A few nights ago I picked my sister up from work and on some random side street (thank god) I went to give it gas and release the clutch but the second I gave it gas, it died. My foot still on the clutch, I released the gas and it stayed alive. Did it again so I turned it off. Then when I tried to start it, it would turn over but wouldn't catch. Also this was after it ran, sat for 10 minutes then started again. Any ideas please and thank you. Remember, I'm a noobie, so be gentle lol.

So:
Runs fine when cold
Runs rough when warm
Sometimes idles too high
Sometimes smells too rich
Sometimes dies when you step on gas, then recovers when you take your foot off.

Do you have any vacuum leaks? Intake manifold leaks? What does the vacuum hose to the MAP sensor look like? I think in '93 they were still located on the firewall with a vacuum line.

No leaks, other than power steering. But I assume that wouldn't do anything. And I'm not sure where that is but everything looks fine.
