92 xj NO heat please help!!

Bought this 92 xj 2 years ago w/no a/c., fixed a/c and the vac. line to canister behind the front bumper to repair the no air flow thru the vents issue. A/C works great, now the heater is inop and the heater worked great until the a/c was repaired. Thought there might be a stick mode door but doesn't seem like there is any flow thru the core already blew heater core out still nothing. Replaced the heater control valve already the old one exploded. please help!!!

Is the vacuum line to the heater control valve hooked up?

Yeah, I was messing around with it a little while ago it seems to not have any coolant flow thru the heater core, I think I'm gonna have to backflush the heater core. The vac. line at the heater control valve has good suction. Thanks for the reply.
