My antenna has seen better days, and needs to be replaced, anyone used a universal antenna if so do you have pictures

It's broken in half 3 inches from the fender

If it just a screw on style, not power, just about any will work. It should simply unscrew from the mount and screw the new one on.

Yours is better than mine. My 92 doesn't even have an antenna left and the radio isn't even hooked up

+1. Any vehicle ive ever owned that had a antena I shortend them. Thats a nice free mod. Roof height antena.

It's a powered antenna, it's broken 3 inches from the bottom and won't get reception as of right now, i was curious if anyone had replaced there's and if there was one that worked into the preexisting mount.

You're gonna have to replace the mast, but i've never seen one. My '92s antenna got bent up like a pretzel in a hurricane so i got the whole assembly from TeamCherokee.com.

I would pull it off and put standard one on, I have never seen one on a jeep before.

Yeah, the power ones are cool. The only thing that wrecked mine was when the speakers blew, so the antenna wasn't used for about a year. When we next turned the radio on it was stuck in, but was easy to fix.
