Default 92 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L 4x4 manuel jerky while driving

Recently bought a jeep that was stored outside for the winter. On the test drive it started up fine and drove it around and no problems with 4 wheel drive or trany or engine. Later that day after i bought it, while driving it away, it started to get a little jerky while driving but mostly was happening while not accelerating and just coasting which made me think it would be a vacuum line or a back pressure issue. just trying to figure out what changed all of a sudden to make it to this. Seems like it is happening a bit more now even while accelerating The hose lines on the truck are pretty brittle which was making me think that one had broke off somewhere but hasn't found it yet, or that something became loose. any info would help! thanks
